✔ MT KILIMANJARO – Mount Kilimanjaro It is the highest mountain in Africa and the highest free-standing mountain in the world at 5,895 metres (19,340 ft) above sea level.

Day 01: Arrive Pick up and transfer to your hotel in Aruha/Moshi for dinner and overnight.
Day 02: Machame Gate-Machame Hut: 4 Hrs. Drive to Machame gate the starting point through the Machame route, start your trekking going through the beautiful lush rain forest. Dinner and overnight at 3000 m.
Day 03: Machame Hut – Shira 3-4 Hrs. Early in the morning start the trek by leaving the forest behind and ascend a steep ridge for about 3-4 hours. The way then leads into a gorgeous river gorge before you slightly up onto the moorland of the Shira plateau. Shira is all that remains of an older volcano that was engulfed when the much larger Kilimanjaro was formed. The view here are superb. A night at 3840 meters.
Day 04: Shira – Baranco 5-6 Hrs. The 5-6 hours walk awaits this morning, the climb is not as steeper as one's expectations. Enjoy the typical mountain vegetation and rewarding views of the spectacular Barranco Valley. Overnight at 3950 meters.
Day 05: Baranco –Barafu 6-8 Hrs. The normal climb is about 6 – 8 hours hike, up to Barranco wall, then across ridges to the Karanga situated at 4100 meters, stop for lunch, then proceed to Barafu at. Overnight at Barafu 4600 meters.
Day 06: Barafu – Summit-Mweka Hut: 10 Hrs. The trek will be started by midnight. Ascend through heavy scree towards Stella Point located on the crater rim. This is the most challenging part on the route about 8 hours walk. Enjoy the sun rise while having the rest at Stella Point 5685 meters. Then encounter the snow all the way to Uhuru peak about 2 hours ascend up to 5895 meters. Then return to Barafu for a short rest before continuing your way down to Mweka 3100 meters.
Day 07: Mweka Hut – Mweka Gate: 3 Hrs. After breakfast descend through the rain forest. You either end your time in the mountain by Mweka gate or Kibololoni/Kedia gate. Here you meet your driver for the transfer to Arusha/Moshi.

Kilimanjaro Climb Marangu Route 6 Days

Day 01: Breakfast then drive from your hotel to Marangu gate, will spend about two hours for registration, payments of fees and final parking. Start climbing through dense semi-tropical to the first hut- Mandara hut (9,000ft). Dinner and an overnight stay at Mandara hut, B.L.D.
Day 02: Breakfast, ascend through the alpine meadow, and grassland and moorland to Horombo hut (12,000ft). Both Mawenzi and Kibo peaks can be viewed easily on the way. Dinner and an overnight stay at Horombo hut, B.L.D.
Day 03: Breakfast, further ascending to Kibo hut (15,000ft). The landscape becomes very stony and eroded. Spectacular mountain vegetation like giant cactus, groundswell and lobelia appear on the way. Dinner and an overnight stay at Kibo hut, B.L.D.
Day 04: Full day of acclimatization, you may opt to spend your full day at leisure or doing a brief excursion recommended by your guide. Overnight at Kibo Hut.
Day 05: Wake up at midnight, and after a snack, proceed to the summit through Gilman's point (18,640ft). It is about 5-6hours and 1-2 hours from Kibo hut to Gilman's point and from Gilman's point to Uhuru Peak (19,340ft) respectively. Thus reaching the peak in the early morning of the fifth day and start descending after picture taking on the top to Horombo hut for diner and an overnight after a short break at Kibo hut, B.L.D.
Day 06: Breakfast, Descend from Horombo hut to Marangu gate. The waiting car will take you back to your hotel in Moshi/Arusha, B.L

Rongai Route 7 Days

Day 01: Arrival Tanzania Arrival at the international airport of Kilimanjaro. Welcome and transfer to Arusha, briefng and installation at the hotel in Arusha.
Day 02: Arusha - Simba camp 2626m Departure to Marangu for registration at the park. Transfer to Nalmeru north of Kilimanjaro. Starts walking in dense forest, toward 2000m. Diner and night has Simbacamp .
Day 03: Simba camp - Camp Kikelelwa 3679m Morning walk to Kikelelwa through the camps of First Cellar and second cellar to 3482m. Then join the normal route of Rongaï. Another distance of approximately 6km to go before an arrival to the camp. Diner and night has Kikelelwa Camp.
Day 04: Kikelelwa Camp - Turn Hut camp 4303m From Kikelelwa short step until a turn Hut Camp. Lay in a beautiful place nestled between two small summits on the blank west of the Mawenzi. It is the day of acclimation. Although may walk to see the view on the Kibo.
Day 05: Turn Hut camp - Camp Barafu 4681m Departure for Barafu Camp.Wandering on the trails of Kilimanjaro. At the end of few kilometers, main trail to the South Summit of the Grail, avoiding. Progressive rise to Barafu Camp.Dinner and overnight at the camp.
Day 06: Camp Barafu -Uhuru Peak 5895m -Horombo camp 3714m From Horombo camp you will by mid night continue towards the summit at Stella Point to 5752m. You climb by a ridge in hard field which allows the progression more easy and is less challenging. For this section you leave the normal route of Rongaï whose slopes is in volcanic sand which makes more difficult ascent to the high altitude. You increase your chances to reach the summit in the best conditions. Return from Stella Point and Gilleman's Point to Kibo huts then large slopes of quick gravels to descend. Overnight at Horombo.
Day 07: Horombo camp 3714m - Marangu Gate The descent is long in the plain down to Marangu. Transfer to Arusha for dinner and night at the hotel in Arusha.
