  • Day 1: Manali - Sarchu - Brandy Nala Drive to Sarchu (3600 mt) via Baralacha La (4950 mt).

    Trek a little ahead and camp at Brandy Nala – the starting point of this exciting trek.

  • Day 2: Brandy Nala - Jukta

    A short trek towards Ligit plain. Day at leisure to acclimatize to Jukta. Overnight stay in a tented camp.

  • Day 3: Jukta - Morangla base

    The trek is easy following the Bans river. After trekking for an hour, leave the river and trek up to reach a camping place at the base of Morang La Pass at a 3900 meter, set-up camp for overnight stay.

  • Day 4: Morang La base - Morang La - Lun

    The trek is a steep climb till Morang La (5300 mt). After catching some rest at top, start descending on the other side. The trek will be a steep down-hill in the beginning which later opens-up in a broad plateau. From this place on, the trek gets gentler on the descent through many valleys till Lun (4100 mt). set-up camp for overnight stay.

  • Day 5: Lun - Lungmo Che Trek to Lungmo Che (4000 mt).

    Start trekking along the river following it down the stream. En route, you’ll cross a small village named 'Sangth'. You may meet some Tibetan Nomad groups en route.

  • Day 6: Lungmo Che - Yar-La -

    Start in the morning, trek to cross Yar la pass (4970 Mts). The climb will be long but gentle up till top. The Yar La offers a fantastic view of Rupsu plains. Arrive Dat (4200 mt) which is a permanently inhabited village. On arrival set-up camp for overnight stay.

  • Day 7: Dat - Sorra

    In the morning visit a small Gelukpa monastery at Dat village. Later, start trekking to Sorra (4950 Mts ). Start the trek by crossing a small river " Dat Chu". Trek till Sorra Chu and after crossing the trek, you’ll pass through forested area before reaching Sorra. Set-up camp along the river for overnight stay.

  • Day 8: Sorra - Zalung Karpo La - Mid Camp

    Start your trek with a climb to a small pass which is about 1 hour away. From this point, you can see Zalung Karpo La (4200 mt. ). After some time the valley opens-up. Camp at a suitable place for overnight stay.

  • Day 9: Mid Camp - Langtan Chu

    In the morning, trek to Langtang Chu - (7-8 Hrs ). Today, one has to cross many small streams. The trek is a gradual climb till you reach the campsite near Langtan Chu at 4750 m.

  • Day 10: Langtau Chu - Nimaling Morning

    Trek to Nimaling - en route you’ll cross two ridges (5000 mt & 5060 mt). Later on, you’ll also cross Konka Wangpo pass (5090 mt). and from there, descend on the other side of the pass to reach the high altitude pasture plan of Nimaling (4700 mt).

  • Day 11: Nimaling Day

    Today you’ll be at leisure to explore the surrounding areas. Nimaling is also a base camp for climbing Mt. Kang-Yatse (6400 mt).

  • Day 11: Nimaling - Kangmarula - Chogdo

    In the morning, start climbing Kongmaru La (5100 mt). After some rest descend on the other side of the pass. The descent is steep in the beginning but gradually after about an hour of trek it eases right before entering a narrow valley. After covering some stretches, the trek passes through a very narrow gorge. The valley opens at Churkimo. Continue a little further to Chogdo and set-up camp near the tea house for overnight stay.

  • Day 12: Chogdo - Shang - Hemis - Leh

    Trek till Shang Sumdo (road head). Drive to Hemis Monastery. It's one of the most famous monasteries of Leh. Visit the monastery and later drive to Leh.
