Ladakh tour 09 - 7 nights / 8 days Srinagar/Kargil/Turtuk/Pangong/Leh

Itinerary

  • Day 01: Srinagar – Kargil

    Morning leave for Kargil, en route visit Sonamarg & Zodjila pass 11,575 ft, Drass Village (2nd Coldest Inhabitant place in the World) War memorial hall & Museum, reach Kargil. Evening free time at Leisure at Kargil. O/N Kargil.

  • Day 02: Kargil – Lamayuru – Sham Valley – Leh

    Morning after Breakfast leave for Leh, en route visit Mulbek a giant Buddha Sculpture on Rock Mountain, Lamayuru one of the oldest Monastery of Ladakh & enjoy the spectacular Moon like landscape unfold around you as you reach the Lamayuru monastery. Later proceed for Leh en route visit Alchi Gompa, Sangam (Confluence of Zangskar & Indus river), Magnetic Hill & Pathar Sahib Gurudwara. Arrive at Leh. O/N Leh.

  • Day 03: Leh – City tour

    After breakfast leave for Leh city half day tour, to visit the Spituk Gompa, Shanti Stupa, Hall of Fame Museum, Leh Palace, later day at Leisure & rest. O/N Leh.

  • Day 04: Leh - Nubra Valley

    After Breakfast drive to Nubra Valley via Khardungla pass (2nd Highest Motorable road in the world, 18,380 ft) you can take short breaks at roadside cafes & scenic points for photography. Enroute enjoy Adventure Activites like ATV bike ride / Go karting / Rafting. Arrival at your reserved hotel/camp. Post lunch, leave for Sand Dunes, enjoy a camel safari (double humped camel which is found only in Ladakh & Mongolia) at the Sand Dunes between Deskit & Hundur Village. O/N Nubra Valley.

  • Day 05: Nubra - Turtuk – Nubra

    After breakfast drive to Turtuk (first time opened for the tourist since 2010) this village was captured by Indians Army in war of 1971 from Pakistan, enroute visit Tyakshi (it is the border that divides India and Pakistan) O/N Nubra Valley.

  • Day 06: Nubra - Pangong Lake via Shyok river road

    After Breakfast leave for Pangong Lake 14,500 ft, drive of 6 – 7 Hrs. Arrival at Camp, Later free time at Leisure and enjoy the color changing lake and the sun set on the banks of lake. O/N Pangong Lake.

  • Day 07: Pangong Lake – Leh

    Early morning enjoy the picturesque view of Sun rise on lake. After Breakfast drive back to Leh, by crossing Changla Psss 17350 ft, 4th Highest motorable road in Ladakh, en route visit Thiksey Monastery. O/N Leh.

  • Day 08: Leh

    Morning transfer to Leh airport to board flight back to destination. Journey Ends.
