Foreign nationals booking this yatra will be joining the Indian group.
BOOKING PROCEDURE:
Minimum Booking Amount: Indian Nationals: INR 25,000 per person & NRI / Foreign
Nationals: USD 500 per person (The booking amount may be higher than the minimum stated)
Submit clear passport copy (valid for 06 months after the date of return of yatra) along
with 02 recent passport size colour photographs.
Travelers aged 50 years and above may be required to submit a basic health
certificate issued by their personal/family doctor.
Balance amount to be paid 30 days before yatra starts.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
No refund for any unused services.
In case of cancellation, the booking amount is strictly non-refundable and will be fully
forfeited.
In addition to the above, the following cancellation charges will apply on the balance
tour amount:
o More than 21 days prior to departure: Non-refundable booking amount only
o Within 15 days prior to departure: 50% cancellation charges
o Within 7 days or less prior to departure: 75% cancellation charges
The above cancellation policy is governed by the rules and regulations of the China Tibet Tourism
Bureau (TTB) and Foreign Exchange Center (FEC) China
