Ladakh Tour 05 – 6 nights / 7days Leh / Sham / Nubra / Pangong / Hanle / Leh

Itinerary

  • Day 01: Leh to Sham Valley

    Arrival at Leh airport, & leave for Sham Valley passing through some scenic villages along the Indus River. Upon arrival check in to your reserved accommodation for a complete day of rest. O/N Sham Valley.

  • Day 02: Sham Valley – Leh via Dha Village

    Morning after breakfast , leave for Leh by visiting Dah Hanu Village They have an Indo-European appearance in contrast to the predominant Tibet-Mongol inhabitants of most of Ladakh. Later proceed to Leh, en-route visit Sangam (confluence of Zanskar & Indus river) Magnetic hill, Pathar Sahib Gurudwara & hall of Fame museum. Arrival at Leh. O/N Leh.

  • Day 03: Leh - Nubra Valley

    After Breakfast drive to Nubra Valley via Khardungla pass (2nd Highest Motorable road in the world, 18,380 ft) you can take short breaks at roadside cafes & scenic points for photography. Enroute enjoy Adventure Activites like ATV bike ride / Go karting / Rafting. Arrival at your reserved hotel/camp. Post lunch, leave for Sand Dunes, enjoy a camel safari (double humped camel which is found only in Ladakh & Mongolia) at the Sand Dunes between Deskit & Hundur Village. O/N Nubra Valley.

  • Day 04: Nubra – Pangong Lake via Shyok river road

    After Breakfast leave for Pangong Lake 14,500 ft, drive of 6 – 7 Hrs. Arrival at Camp, Later free time at Leisure and enjoy the color changing lake and the sun set on the banks of lake. O/N Pangong Lake.

  • Day 05: Pangong Lake – Hanle via Tsaga La

    Morning after breakfast leave for a beautiful drive to Hanle, on the way cross Chushul Village and Tsaga La (15,200 Ft), Hanle, is home to the Indian Astronomical Observatory one of the highest observatory in the world known for star gazing. As per history, it is believed that King Singge Namgyal died here at Hanle while on his return from an expedition on Mongols. Enjoy the stay with locals at local guest house/homestay. O/N Hanle.

  • Day 06: Hanle – Leh via Chumathang

    Morning after breakfast drive to Leh via Loma bend and Mahay, enroute visit Chumathang hot springs, Thiksey Gompa, arrival at Leh. Evening free time at Leisure. O/N Leh.

  • Day 07: Leh

    Morning transfer to Leh airport to board flight back to destination. Journey Ends.
