Itinerary

Day 1 : Cochin–Guruvayoor (100 kms / 2-3 hrs)

Arrival at cochin and proceed to Guruvayyoor. Checkin at the hotel and visit Punnathur Kota and by evening darshan at Guruvayoor & Mammiyoor Temple . Overnight at Hotel .
Day 2 : Guruvayoor-Athirapally (100 kms / 3 hrs)

After breakfast checkout and proceed to Athirapally. Reach and check-in at the hotel. Athirapally which is within the breathtaking embrace of the deep forests, houses a rich and diverse flora & fauna. Behold the spectacular view of the crashing 80 ft waterfalls. Athirapally lays in the wilderness of the Sholayar Range flanked by deep forests. Overnight stay at the Hotel/Resort.
Day 3 : Athirapally-Munnar (150 kms /4-5 hrs)

After breakfast checkout and proceed to Munnar. This beautiful hill station was once the summer capital of the British Government in India. The never ending vast expanse of tea plantations and the round the year moderate climate makes it a little haven for visitors across the globe. The day at leisure. Overnight stay at the Hotel/Resort.
Day 4 : Munnar

Visit to Rajamala-house of the highly endangered mountain goats-the Nilgiri Thars. Then to Echo point and Mattupetty Dam. Speed boating facilities are available here. The dam is flanked by forests and vast expanse of grass land on one side and the Kundala tea plantation on the other. After noon at leisure. Overnight stay at the Hotel/Resort.
Day 5 : Munnar-Thekkady (120 kms /4-5 hrs)

Morning proceed to Thekkady. By noon at Thek-kady. Afternoon at Periyar lake around which the sanctuary is located; ideal for game viewing by boat. This is one of the few sanctuaries in India where you can have the unique experience of viewing the wild life at close quarters from the safety of boat .Overnight in Thekkady .
Day 6 : Thekkady - Kumarakom (150 kms /4-5hrs)

Drive to Kumarakom. By noon check in at the back-water resort in Kumarakom. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight stay at Kumarakom.
Day 7 : Kumarakom - Allepey (50 kms /1-2 hrs)

Morning after breakfast, proceed to Alleppey. By noon check in at the house boat in Alleppey for a 20 hour house boating through the legendary back-waters of Kerala. On the way you will witness local village life and and some mind boggling sceneries. Overnight in the house boat. House boat is a private thatched boat with fully furnished interiors, spacious bath attached bed rooms, in-house kitchen, dining area and private front deck to capture the beauty of the back waters.
Day 8 : Alleppey-Kanyakumari (285 kms / 7 hrs)

Morning After breakfast checkout and proceed to Kanyakumari . Visit Vivekananda Rock and Kumari Amman Temple ( Kanyakumari Temple ). Evening Witness the Sunset and overnight at Kanyakumari .
Day 9 : Kanyakumari-Kovalam (90 kms /2hrs)

Morning after breakfast proceed to Kovalam the internationally renowned beach destination. Spend the rest of the day in the sandy beaches of Kovalam flanked by coconut groves on one side and Arabian sea on the other. Overnight at the hotel
Day 10 : Kovalam– Trivandrum – Kovalam

Morning after breakfast proceed for a city tour of Trivandrum covering Napier Museum and Sri Padmanabha Swamy Temple.Afternoon at leisure in Kovalam and overnight at hotel.
Day 11 : Kovalam – Trivandrum

Morning after breakfast proceed to Trivandrum airport / railway station for onward journey
