Itinerary

  • Day 01: Kathmandu.

    Arrival at Kathmandu International airport. Meet & welcome by our representative & transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. O/N Kathmandu

  • Day 02: Kathmandu to Nagarkot

    After breakfast we'll visit The Pashupatinath Temple - dedicated to Pashupati, a form of Shiva, it was classified as a World Heritage Site in 1979. It is a"sprawling collection of temples, ashrams, images and inscriptions raised over the centuries along the banks of the sacred Bagmati river", and is one of seven monument groups in UNESCO’s designation of Kathmandu Valley; Boudhanath Stupa - also known as Boudhanath, Khasti Chaitya and khasa, its massive mandala makes it one of the largest spherical stupas in Nepal and the world. The Stupa is said to entomb the remains of Kassapa Buddha. It is located on the ancient trade route from Tibet; Patan Durbar Square, the Patan city popularly known as 'the city of artisans', accommodates a magnificent square housing the palace buildings of the then royals, artistic courtyards and graceful pagoda temples – a display of Newari architecture that had reached its pinnacle during the reign of the Malla kings. It is filled with wood and stone carvings, metal statues, and ornate architecture, including dozens of Buddhist and Hindu temples, and over 1200 monuments. After a fulfilling day, we’ll drive to Nagarkot - a scenic spot 32 km east of Kathmandu, It is known for a sunrise view of the Himalayas including Mount Everest as well as other peaks of the Himalayan range of eastern Nepal.   • Day 03: Nagarkot to Kathmandu Airport; Kathmandu to Pokhara by air

    After breakfast, checkout from hotel and drive to Kathmandu Domestic Airport. Enroute visit Bhaktapur Durbar Square, Bhaktapur or Bhadgaon literally meaning ‘the City of Devotees’ is the smallest city in the Kathmandu valley. Its Main Square or ‘Layaku’ is famous for the 15th century Palace of 55 Carved Windows with the Golden Gate as a royal entrance. In front of the palace building are innumerable temples and architectural showpieces including the Lion Gate, the statue of King Bhupatindra Malla mounted on a giant stone pillar and the stone temple of Vatsala Devi; another beautiful example of Shikhara-style architecture. There is a bronze bell on the terrace of the temple, which is also known as the Bell of Barking Dogs. This was erected in 1737 by King Ranjit Malla; its sounding announced the beginning and end of a daily curfew. Later catch a flight to Pokhara. Arrive Pokhara drive to the Sarangkot Cable Car Station. O/N Sarangkot.

  • Day 04: Pokhara

    After breakfast checkout from the hotel and transfer to Pokhara hotel. Later leave for sightseeing tour of Pokhara valley covering Davi's fall, Tibetan Refugee Camp, Seti gorge, Gupteshwor Mahadev cave – a limestone cave containing stalagmites and stalactites, Bindhyabasini Temple and 1-hour boating in Fewa Lake. O/N Pokhara

  • Day 05: Pokhara

    After breakfast leave for sightseeing tour of Pokhara valley covering Pumdikot (hilltop) & World Peace Pagoda. Rest day at leisure. O/N Pokhara

  • Day 06: Pokhara to Kathmandu by air

    After breakfast, drive to Pokhara airport. Arrive Kathmandu. Sightseeing tour of Chandragiri - offers breathtaking views of Kathmandu valley – the panoramic views of Himalayan ranges from Mt. Everest (8848m) to Mt. Annapurna (8091m); Bhaleshwor Mahadev temple - Hindu devotees believe that the all-powerful Bhaleshwor Mahadev fulfills the wishes of all who come to pay homage to him in Chandragiri Hill. O/N Kathmandu

  • Day 07: Kathmandu

    Morning after breakfast, leave for Kathmandu Airport to board a flight back to your destination. Journey ends here.
